Jaco Luxury By The Beach welcomes you and your guests to our brand new Luxury House that opened in February 2024. Newly built from the ground up and located within a 2 minute walk to the beach in Jaco as well as the Main Street. 3 luxury stories with an elevator and much more!
THE MAIN HOUSE:
The first floor of main house consists of an open concept Great Room with designer Chef Kitchen – Elevator – Large wood dining table with seating for 20 people – Living room area with sofas and large TV – A wet bar with bar stools – 2 Pool tables – 2 nice & large bedrooms – and more.
The second floor of the main house has 8 nice & comfortable bedrooms, each with their own en-sute bathroom, AC, TV, and safe box. You can reach the second floor by stairs or the elevator.
The third floor of the main house has 7 nice & comfortable bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, AC, TV, and safe box. There is also a gym on the 3rd floor.
INCLUDES:
Large resort style swimming pool with rancho, jacuzzi (not heated) and stools in the water, large living room area, 17 large and comfortable bedrooms, 17 full bathrooms plus a half bath outside on the patio. There is A/C and WiFi throughout, TV with cable in every room, fully equipped kitchen. Nighttime doorman at front gate, daily maintenance, and daily housekeeping.

We have 2 fantastic menus. One amazing regular menu & one Teppanyaki menu.
We just spent over 40k to update the kitchen & bar. The kitchen, kitchen island & bar all have new quartz counters ,new cabinets and lighting. Also seating around the kitchen island. We also added a 4 foot Teppanyaki Flat Grill so our chefs can cook you an amazing Teppanyaki lunch or dinner along with our regular menu.
Yes, the Teppanyaki menu is like having your own Benihana’s on your property. Have our chefs cook you the freshest seafood & steak Costa Rica has to offer!! And “WOW” the sushi!
